Join Samantha Fox Olson (certified Anusara yoga instructor and local Kauai resident!) and Jana Kilgore (Anusara Inspired Teacher, Ayurvedic Chef & Gifted Healer) on the majestic island of Kauai for a week long yoga retreat that will inspire you, awaken your senses and connect you deeply with nature.

This week will be full of playful yoga and in-tuned fitness classes, Acro-yoga, blissful connections, healthy and delicious food, down time relaxing on Prana filled beaches and hikes in nature that will blow your mind and awaken your senses to a whole new level! The cost of the retreat includes: 2 meals daily + continental breakfasts, accommodations for six nights, transportation to and from airport on arrival and departing days and 2 daily practices of yoga/yoga fusion classes, a guided hike in the lush tropics of Kauai (this is sure to be a blessed treat), beach days, a stand up paddle board lesson, and all taxes. Airfare and tips are not included. Additional extra pampering fun that can be scheduled include: massages, Ayurvedic treatments and surfing/additional standup paddle-board lessons.
