The intention of each fitness class is to BUILD MUSCLE while honoring, respecting and challenging our bodies.
The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn sleeping!
We work with body weight only exercises as well as hand weights. These classes welcome most skill levels, yet if you are a true beginner you may be best suited to start with some one-on-one sessions at first.

The intention of each yoga practice is to drench our bodies with breath, awareness and self-care. These classes welcome raw beginners as well as seasoned practitioners. This is NOT power yoga (although I do love me some power yoga vibes).
We are slowing down and stretching it all out sweetly. A perfect compliment to a solid week of strength training.
